Stefanie Ordoveza serves as the Assistant Commissioner for Marketing & Events at the West Coast Conference. She joined the WCC in November of 2008 as the Communications and New Media Coordinator.

Since her arrival, Ordoveza's position has transitioned to the Assistant Commissioner for Marketing & Events role, in which she manages a variety of conference-wide marketing and communications projects, branding initiatives, and events. She also continues to lead the marketing directors group and oversee the licensing and merchandise programs at the Conference office.

Ordoveza serves the tournament director for the WCC Men's and Women's Tennis Championships and liaison to the tennis head coaches group. She also works closely with the Associate Commissioner for External Relations to sustain and improve new media initiatives, especially those on WCCsports.com and the Conference's digital platforms. She continues to assist with the maintenance of the conference website and preparation and administration of conference championships.

Ordoveza is no stranger to the WCC as she was a four-year member of the women's tennis team and worked in the Saint Mary's College athletics department as a promotions intern, coordinating in-game promotions at men's and women's basketball games. She also brings a journalistic background as she spent time as Sports Editor for the Collegian, the Saint Mary's student newspaper.

A native of nearby Daly City, Ordoveza joined the staff after receiving her B.S.E. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communication from member institution Saint Mary's College. She most recently earned her M.A. in Leadership from the Saint Mary's College Leadership program in August 2013 and got married that same month.

She now resides with her husband Patrick Smith in South San Francisco, Calif.
