SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has named its Volleyball Player of the Week for September 21, 2015.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – AMY BOSWELL, JR., MB - BYU
Junior middle blocker Amy Boswell helped lead No. 9 BYU women's volleyball to road sweeps of in-state rivals Utah and Utah Valley last week.

On Thursday, against the Utes of the Pac-12, Boswell had seven kills on 12 attempts for a .583 clip. Additionally, she had her second-highest dig total of the season with four and added three blocks and two aces. Then, on Saturday at Utah Valley in front of a record-setting crowd, Boswell collected eight kills on 11 attempts for a .727 clip. For the week, Boswell hit without an attack error, 15-0-23, for a .652 clip - more than twice her career average. She also added seven blocks, four digs and three aces combined in the road sweeps against her in-state rivals.
