WCC Live will be back on the air Wednesday January 13th at 8:00 pm to recap the start of the conference season last weekend as all eight schools began their march to the WCC Tournament in Las Vegas.

Appearing on this week's episode will be men's sophomore guard Keion Bell of Pepperdine, San Diego Women's Head Coach Cindy Fisher, and Loyola Marymount Women's Head Coach Julie Wilhoit as well as sophomore forward Alex Cowling. Also stopping by will be Michelle Smith who covers women's basketball on the West Coast.
Bell and the Waves are coming off a win over Loyola Marymount to open conference play and will be hosting San Francisco and Santa Clara this week. Bell is currently leading the team and is ranked second in the conference in scoring (19.6).
Fisher led the Toreros to an undefeated record to open conference play last week with wins over San Francisco and Santa Clara. This week she and her team will be traveling up to face Gonzaga and Portland.
Wilhoit's Lions are coming off a tough defeat to cross-town rival Pepperdine to open conference play and will be traveling up to the Bay Area to face San Francisco and Santa Clara this week. Cowling is ranked fourth in the league in scoring (14.5) and is also the team's leading rebounder (5.9).
Smith currently covers women's college basketball and is a contributing writer to AOL Fanhouse as well as running Leftcoasthoops.com, a blog dedicated to women's basketball on the West Coast. She will stop by to give her take on how the teams are stacking up and what it will take to dance come March.
