Kramer Named WCC Volleyball Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has named its Volleyball Player of the Week for October 27, 2015. 

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – LISA KRAMER, JR., OH – SAN DIEGO
Senior outside hitter Lisa Kramer helped lead San Diego to a pair of road sweeps over Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine. With these sweeps, the Toreros moved into sole possession of first place in the West Coast Conference and have now won six straight matches.  

Kramer recorded back-to-back double-digit kills performances, having 18 kills in the win over LMU, followed by 16 against Pepperdine.  Against LMU. Kramer recorded her match-best 18 kills on 36 swings to hit for a .306 clip, and she recorded four blocks. Against Pepperdine, Kramer had a match-high 16 kills on 49 attempts, while just missing a double-double with nine digs.
