Cross Country Women Finish Fifth, Men Seventh At Willamette Invitational

(Salem, OR) - Jennifer Hartford finished 11th for the women and Ryan Courtwright finished 15th for the men at the Willamette Invitational on Saturday morning.

In the women's 5k, junior Jennifer Hartford was USF's top finisher, coming in 11th at 17:57.30. Senior Renee Stribling finished 29th at 18:22.75. Just under ten seconds later was sophomore Michelle Born at 18:32.45. As a team, the Dons finished fifth in the 19 team field.

For the men's 8k, junior Ryan Courtwright was San Francisco's top finisher, earning 15th in 24:51.20. Junior Jacob Marx was the next Don finisher at 25:10.20 and following him was junior Cheyne Inman who finished with a 25:39.70. As a team, USF finished 7th out of 20 teams.
