Baseball Suspended Due to Rain

Moraga, CA- The Saint Mary's baseball game versus the Utah Utes has been suspended due to heavy rain. The game will be concluded before game two of the series tomorrow at 11 a.m. The game went into a rain delay at the bottom of the fourth inning.

The Utes are currently holding onto a 6-3 lead. The Gaels had two runners on with two outs in the inning and senior Preston Young at the plate. Orben Frederick and Sam Carter both tallied doubles for SMC. Utah first baseman Jay Brossman belted a first inning, three run home run off Gaels starter Joel Fountain.
