Former Pepperdine All-Americans Square off Tonight at Dodger Stadium

Malibu, Calif. - Noah Lowry and Randy Wolf, a pair of former Pepperdine All-American left-handers, will oppose each other tonight when the San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers meet at Dodger Stadium beginning at 7 p.m.

Lowry, who played at Pepperdine in 2000 and 2001, and earned All-American accolades in 2001, is in his fourth year as a member of the Giants' starting rotation. As a junior, Lowry went 14-2 with a 1.71 ERA for the Waves.

Thus far this season, Lowry is 1-2 with a 2.70 ERA for the Giants.

Wolf, a seven-year veteran who is in his first season with Dodgers after playing previously for the Philadelphia Phillies, played at Pepperdine from 1995-97, and earned All-American honors in 1997 after winning nine games and registering a 1.79 ERA.

Wolf is 3-1 with a 3.37 for the Dodgers heading into tonight's contest.

The two left-handers will be facing each other for the first time in the big league careers. The game will be televised live on FSN Prime Ticket.
