Second Annual Prospect Camps Approaching Rapidly, Limited Spots Available

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The University of San Diego baseball team will be hosting it's second annual Winter Prospect camp beginning Dec. 27-2 at USD's Cunningham Stadium. Sports are filling up fast, so don't delay, sign up today!

The camp is instructed by USD's outstanding baseball coaching staff which includes the 2007 West Coast Conference Coach of the Year Rich Hill, assistant coaches Eric Valenzuela, Jay Johnson and Mark Viramontes, as well as the USD director of baseball operations Ramon Orozco. Skill instruction and development sessions are held in the mornings and head-to-head competitions are held in the afternoons. These camps are a great way to get instruction and exposure to USD's coaches.

The cost of the camp is $275 per player and the age range is from 9th to 12th graders. The camp will feature pre-game batting practice, pre-game infield/outfield, game instruction and drills as well as a written evaluation from the USD coaching staff.
