Tickets, Hotel Rooms Going Fast For 2011 Zappos.com WCC Basketball Championships

SAN BRUNO, Calif. - Tickets and hotel rooms are selling fast for the 2011 Zappos.com West Coast Conference Basketball Championships at the Orleans Arena on March 4-7 as 16 teams compete for two automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament.

The conference has released the following ticket and hotel information for the championships and information will be regularly updated on wccsports.com on the days leading up to the event:

Ticket Availability
All-session tickets still remain for the championships and are available at prices of $225 and $135. All-session passes cover all 14 games over the four days of the event and are available at prices of less than $10 per game.

Hotel Availability
The WCC block for championship weekend at the Orleans Hotel has sold out, but a small number of rooms outside the block have been released that are expected to sell out fast. Rooms can be reserved by calling 1-800-675-3267 or visiting www.orleanscasino.com/groups and using booking code 1WCCC03.

The Palms Casino and the Palms Place and Spa, both official corporate partners of the West Coast Conference for the second straight year, are also offering special WCC room blocks and rates. The Palms will also run a free shuttle to-and-from the Orleans Arena, beginning approximately two hours before tournament games. The Gold Coast Casino, a sister property of the Orleans, is also offering preferred rates to WCC fans. The Gold Coast will be offering free shuttles to the Orleans Arena and Orleans Hotel for fans throughout the weekend.
