SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference has announced its men's basketball Player of the Week award-winner for December 12, 2011.

San Francisco senior Angelo Caloiaro is this week's West Coast Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Caloiaro scored a career-high 29 points to lift San Francisco to a 79-69 non-conference victory against Pacific Saturday night. Caloiaro was 8-for-11 from the field and 10-for-11 at the free throw line, while pulling down team-high 11 rebounds for his 11th career double-double. In the process, Caloiaro moved into the No. 36 spot on the USF career scoring list with 942 points.
