Gonzaga's Huus Named Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar

Norman, Okla.--- Gonzaga University senior Kyle Huus has been named a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar for 2011. Huus, a May graduate, carried a 3.70 grade-point-average in accounting and was one of 138 NCAA Division I honorees. He finished 40th in the West Coast Conference Championship last spring and had a stroke average of 75.6 for the season.

To be eligible for Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar status an individual must be a junior or senior academically, compete in at least two full years at the collegiate level, participate in 70 percent of the team's competitive rounds or compete in the NCAA Championship, have a stroke average under 76 and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
