Santa Clara's Keigo Kameya is WCC Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference has named its men's soccer Player of the Week for October 15, 2012.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KEIGO KAMEYA, JR., F, SANTA CLARA

Santa Clara junior forward Keigo Kameya is the West Coast Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Kameya netted the game-winner at Portland last week while the Broncos were playing a man down.

Moments after the Broncos tied the Pilots at the end of regulation, Kameya scored the game-winning goal as the Broncos were playing a man down at Merlo Field. SCU has won seven of eight matches overall, including five out of six WCC matches.
