Lions Fall in Saturday Doubleheader

LOS ANGELES - Playing in its first home matches since the season opener on January 15, Loyola Marymount men's tennis fell in a tough Saturday doubleheader. The Lions were topped by sixth-ranked Fresno Pacific (NAIA) 4-3 and Claremont 6-1.

It's been a competitive stretch for the Lions (1-7), who have faced five nationally-ranked opponents in their last seven matches.

The Lions will next travel to Irvine, Calif. to face the UC Irvine Anteaters, this Friday, February 23.
