Men's Tennis Falls to No. 36 Minnesota

Moraga, CA - The Saint Mary's men's tennis team suffered a 6-1 loss to No. 36 Minnesota on Wednesday afternoon at the Korth Tennis Complex. With the loss the Gaels fall to 4-6 on the season.

The Gaels were swept in doubles action, but had several hard fought matches, including Adam Fauvre and Tim Welty, who lost 9-7.

In singles action, Alp Ozpinar picked up the Gaels' lone point, beating Mickey Kanter 6-4, 5-7, 10-6.

Saint Mary's returns to action on March 22 when they travel to Fresno State.
