Pepperdine extended its home win streak to 53 straight Friday afternoon with a convincing 6-1 victory over the Louisville Cardinal at the
Pepperdine made quick work of
Richard Johnson won in straight sets, 6-4, 6-0, at the No. 4 position to extend the Pepperdine lead to 2-0 and Kamel pushed the lead to 3-0 with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Hortaiu Oltean at the No. 6 position.
Pepperdine clinched the match at No. 1 as Begemann swept Slavko Redman, 6-2, 6-3. Lemke kept the shutout intact with 6-4, 6-0 win at the No. 3 position but Damar Johnson held off Beidas at the No. 2 position for the Cardinals' lone point of the match.
Altmann defeated Simon, 7-5, 6-3 at No. 5 to complete the match.
