Bulldogs Win Doubles Point

CHENEY, Wash. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team won the doubles point on Wednesday afternoon against Eastern Washington at the EWU Tennis Courts. The Eagles defeated the Bulldogs 5-2.

In the No. 2 doubles spot, Reid Arthur and Charles Adams defeated Jonathan Davis and Patrick Millican 9-8. Robert Penney and Cooper Fratt played in the No. 3 doubles position. Fratt and Penney defeated Art Karas and Kyle Cruzat 9-8.

Cooper Fratt was the only Bulldog to win in singles. Fratt in the No. 3 spot defeated Jonathan Davis in two sets 6-1, 6-2.

The Bulldogs now head of to Missoula, Montana where they will face the Montana State University-Billings on Friday at noon.
