Men's Tennis Fall To Saint Mary's 4-0

MORAGA, Calif. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team was defeated by Saint Mary's University 4-0 in the second round of the West Coast Conference Tournament on Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs are 0-2 in the tournament.

In singles play Reid Arthur and Brett Womack were the closets to wining their matches for the Bulldogs. Reid Arthur competed in the No. 1 singles position losing to Martin Marechal 6-2, 6-3. Brett Womack played in the No. 2 position. Womack was defeated by Adam Fauvre 7-6, 6-2.

The match was decided after singles play so there were no doubles matches played.

The Bulldogs will compete for seventh place on Sunday morning against the loser of Loyola Marymount and Portland.
