Sept. 26-The Gonzaga University volleyball team compiled its best offensive night of the season on Thursday as the Bulldogs (2-11) rolled over Boise State (1-11) in non-conference volleyball action.? Gonzaga won the contest 30-21, 30-19 and 30-23.

Abby Cullen rang off a match-high 14 kills with Christina Davis adding 11 kills as Gonzaga outhit Boise State 49-32.? Erin Conway was the lone Broncos player to reach double figure kills with 11.

Gonzaga opened with 14 kills during the 30-21 victory and continued to increase its kills number throughout the match with 16 and 19 kills in games two and three.? In game three Gonzaga combined for a .485 attack percentage as the Zags finished the contest with a season-best .356 team attack percentage.

The Zags defensive effort was just as strong as the Bulldogs limited Boise State to negative hitting percentages in games one and two.? Gonzaga combined for 21 team blocks, Kari Vagstad leading GU with six blocks.? Abby Cullen added five.

Bulldogs freshman setter Missy Perry also turned in an all around performance with a team high two aces and eight digs.? Perry also finished with 38 assists to move into eighth place on the Gonzaga career assists chart.
