Portland's Anna Abatzoglou and Pepperdine's Stacy Rouwenhorst were named WCC Volleyball Co-Players of the Week for their outstanding performances in conference and non-conference action.

Abatzoglou, a middle blocker, set a new school record for attack percentage this weekend, with a .652 mark.

The junior also posted 44 kills in three matches and added three solo blocks, nine total, including the match winning solo block against San Francisco.

Versus then-#20 Santa Clara, Abatzoglou had a career-high tying 16 kills on 23 attempts with only one error.

In the win over USF, Abatzoglou again tied her career mark in kills with 16.

Rouwenhorst turned in a pair of solid performances this week, leading Pepperdine to three-game victories over then-#8 UCLA and Loyola Marymount, as the Waves cruised to their seventh straight victory.

In six games, Rouwenhorst, a junior middle blocker, averaged 4.67 kills and 3.5 digs per game, while recording a .614 hitting percentage.

She posted double-digit kill totals in both matches, including a double-double performance at LMU (16 kills and 16 digs).

For the week, Rouwenhorst attacked the ball 44 times and committed only one error.
