The Saint Mary's women's volleyball team fell in a non-conference match to Sacramento State, 3-0. Individual game scores were 23-30, 18-30, and 23-30. With the loss the Gaels fell to 6-16 overall, while the Hornets improved to 19-9.

Leading the way for the Gaels was Lindsey Bogason, who posted a match-high 14 kills. Senior Setter Brooke Lowry contributed a match-high 35 assists and added nine digs, while Kaui Salzman chalked up a team-high 11 digs. Stacey O'Connor posted a .357 hitting percentage in the match.

The Hornets were led by Lisa Beauchene, who posted a match-high .727 hitting percentage with eight kills in 11 attempts and no errors. Beauchene also posted a team-high 30 assists and a match-high 12 digs, while also adding five blocks.

The Gaels will return to WCC play on Saturday, November 9 when they play San Diego at 7:05 p.m. in McKeon Pavilion.
