Dec. 4 -- Stacy Rouwenhorst earned WCC Volleyball Player of the Month for the second consecutive month, and the third such honor for Pepperdine this year. Rouwenhorst helped Pepperdine to a 21-3 regular season record and a No. 8 national ranking.

During the month of November, in the final five matches of the regular season, the junior middle blocker averaged 4.25 kills and 3.625 digs per game. She totaled 68 kills, 58 digs and 13 blocks, helping Pepperdine register a 5-0 mark and remain undefeated in WCC conference action for the seventh time in league history.

Rouwenhorst recorded double-doubles in all but one contest during November??s regular season, and recorded a hitting percentage above .300 in four of Pepperdine??s five matches. She averaged a solid .459 hitting percentage for the month.

The Waves captured their eighth WCC volleyball title and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships. They defeated Georgia Southern and North Carolina to advance to the ??Sweet 16,?? where they will face No. 7 Florida in Nebraska.
