Wickett added a game-high 11 rebounds for her second double-double of the season.
LaJouce King had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Northridge. Krisztina Fuleki added 13.
Trailing by eight at the half, Northridge would close the gap to six off an Ashley Blake layup with 19:39 to play. But following back-to-back 3-pointers by Shannon Johnson and Jessica Ross Pepperdine led by 12 and would never see its lead dip below double digits.
Two Wickett free throws with 6:52 remaining in the game gave Pepperdine its largest lead of the contest at 21.
Northridge trailed most the game, but tied it at 15 on Fuleki's jumper with 9:08 left in the first half. Taylor Smith buried a 3-pointer and a jumper 27 seconds apart to push the lead to seven with 6:51 remaining in the period.
The Matadors committed 31 turnovers and were outscored 47-18 by Pepperdine's bench.
Pepperdine returns to the Lone Star State this weekend as it faces Texas-Arlington Friday night before traveling to TCU for a Sunday afternoon tilt. Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m. and 12 p.m. PT, respectively.
