BYU's Kristen Riley is WCC Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference has announced its women's basketball Player of the Week award-winner for January 30.

KRISTEN RILEY, SR., C, BYU

BYU senior center Kristen Riley is the WCC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for January 30. Riley averaged 16.5 points and 10.5 rebounds last week as No. 23 BYU won at Seattle and Santa Clara.

Riley had 16 points and 10 rebounds in the game at Seattle last Wednesday. The double-double against the Broncos marked the fourth she's collected in WCC play, the fifth of the year and the ninth of her career. Of the 17 points she tallied against Santa Clara, 12 were from 3-point range which were season and career bests in treys made in a game.
