On With just three weeks of conference play left, there is a lot to be settled in the WCC standings. Thursday proves to be a huge night in the WCC as Gonzaga (10-1) travels to BYU (10-2) for a nationally televised game.

QUICK HITS

  • Gonzaga is up one spot in this week's ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, coming in at No. 18. BYU is receiving votes. The Bulldogs visit the Cougars this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. MT in a game that can be seen live on BYUtv.

  • Gonzaga has won six games in a row after a 69-58 win over San Diego on Saturday in Spokane. The Bulldogs lead the WCC with 76.8 points per game this season and maintain a 2.5 game lead over the Toreros.

  • Pepperdine snapped BYU's nine game winning-streak with a 61-49 win over the Cougars on Thursday in Malibu. The Waves remain three games behind first-place Gonzaga.

  • Loyola Marymount redshirt-junior Alex Cowling leads the WCC and is 10th in the NCAA with 22.0 points per game. Cowling also leads the conference with 8.7 rebounds per contest.
