SAN BRUNO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference has named its Women's Basketball Player of the Week for February 24, 2014.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - KENDALL KENYON, JR., F, PACIFIC
Junior forward Kendall Kenyon turned in another strong weekend to lead Pacific to a home sweep of San Francisco and Santa Clara. Kenyon averaged 13.5 points on 75.0 percent from the floor to go along with 10.5 rebounds.
Kenyon went 8-of-10 against USF and pulled down 12 rebounds to complete her 15th double-double of the season. She finished just shy of a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds before fouling out against Santa Clara.
With the sweep of the Dons and Broncos, Pacific has won 10 of its last 12 and Kenyon ranks sixth among league leaders in scoring (16.6), third in rebounds (10.7) and is second in field goal percentage (56.0).
