Off to its best start under head coach Julie Rousseau, the Pepperdine women's basketball team will look to add to its current two-game win streak against Cal State Northridge, Tuesday night at 7 p.m. PT.

The match will be the first of four straight on the road for the Waves (4-2) who are receiving votes in both major polls this week after claiming the Peppperdine Thanksgiving Classic last weekend. Pepperdine knocked off Tennessee Tech in the first round before downing Iowa State in the championship game.

Junior guard Daphanie Kennedy was named tournament most valuable player, while freshman forward Miranda Ayim was named to the all-tournament team.

Following Tuesday's game, Pepperdine will return to the Lone Star State for a Friday night game against Texas-Arlington and a Sunday game against TCU.
