BOULDER, Colo. - Gonzaga University's Lacey Jo Manwaring is tied for 45th after 36 holes of the Heather Farr Memorial Golf Tournament Monday hosted by the University of Colorado.
Manwaring had rounds of 76-77 for a 153 over the 6,211-yard, par 72 Omni.
Sarah Sheffield had a 79-77 for a 36-hole total of 156 to tie for 59th heading into Tuesday's final 18 holes.
Other than Manwaring and Sheffield, the Bulldogs struggled, getting no score lower than a 76 from the next three golfers and had three rounds of 80-plus.
The Bulldogs are 17th in the 20-team field with a 625, shooting an opening-round 317 but bouncing back for a 308 second round. The host Lady Buffs and University of Oklahoma are tied for the team lead at 588, with Colorado's Dominique Pytlewski holding a 2-stroke lead at 141 after rounds of 71-70.
