SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference is pleased to recognize its September Women's Golf Player of the Month, Grace Na from Pepperdine.

GRACE NA, PEPPERDINE
Pepperdine senior Grace Na is the WCC Women's Golf Player of the Month for September. Na was the medalist at the Golfweek Conference Challenge and finished in fifth place at the season-opening Dick McGuire Invitational. She helped the Waves to team victories at both tournaments by wide margins. Na shot under-par in five of her six rounds (and was at even-par for the other round) and averaged 71.00 strokes per round. The victory at the Golfweek event, in which she shot a 6-under 210, was the fifth of her college career. She also had a 3-under 216 at the McGuire.
In the early computer rankings, Na is currently 7th nationally by Golfweek/Sagarin. After the two events, Na has lowered her school-record career stroke average to 73.15 and moved up to second place in victories (5), tied for second in below-par rounds (28), seventh in top 10 finishes (16) and seventh in top 20 finishes (25).
