Pepperdine junior Grace Na is WCC Women's Golfer of the Month

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference is pleased to recognize its October Women's Golfer of the Month, Grace Na from Pepperdine University.

GRACE NA, JUNIOR, PEPPERDINE

Pepperdine junior Grace Na is the the WCC Women's Golfer of the Month for October. Na tied for fifth at the Stanford Intercollegiate and earned a sixth-place result at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational in October.

Three of Na's six rounds in October were below par and she had a 71.00 stroke average for the two tournaments, finishing even-par in the first and 3-under at the second. With four top-six finishes in her four tournaments this season, Na's results at the last two events moved her to a national ranking of #7 by Golfstat. She also moved into Pepperdine's all-time top 10 for career top-10 (11) and top-20 (17) finishes, and dropped her career stroke average to 73.48, second all-time at Pepperdine. Her fall 2012 scoring average is 71.33.
