Toreros Unbeaten in Spring Action

SAN DIEGO , Calif. - The University of San Diego women's soccer team has just finished the 2007 Spring Season with an impressive unbeaten record of 7-0-2. Despite the departure of three seniors in the fall, the Toreros were able to push ahead with the returners from the 2006 squad that posted a 12-8-0 overall record as well as picking up two transfers to put together an impressive Spring.


The returning core came into the spring to improve the overall level of the program and prepare for the upcoming Fall. Coach Ada Greenwood said, "It was a very positive Spring for us and we're very excited for the upcoming season. We have a great schedule in the Fall and are looking forward to preseason camp starting August 14th."
