SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference has named its women's soccer Player of the Week for September 2, 2013.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LYNN WILLIAMS, JR., F, PEPPERDINE

Pepperdine junior forward Lynn Williams is the West Coast Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Williams led the Waves to a 2-0-1 record to start the 2013 season, including a pair of results against top-25 opponents. A MAC Hermann Award Watch List pick, Williams scored back-to-back game-winners against Wright State and at No. 19 Texas A&M. At Texas A&M, the junior scored two goals in less than two minutes against the Aggies and sealed Pepperdine's upset win with an assist on the insurance goal by Kristen Rodriguez.
