USF Men's Soccer Launches Kids Club

Sept. 14, 2007

(San Francisco) - USF Men's Soccer Head Coach Erik Visser today announced the launch of the team's new Soccer Dons Kids Club. Led by the USF coaching squad and the Dons varsity team, two-time WCC champions, the club offers its members valuable benefits and provides an opportunity for the University and its athletic programs to give back to the Bay Area community.

Commenting on the new program, Coach Visser said, "For quite sometime we have enjoyed the support of the Bay Area youth and are very excited about our new club as it represents an opportunity for our team to thank our youngest fans and to mentor aspiring athletes."

In addition to free admission to all 12 regular season soccer home games, membership benefits include an exclusive Soccer Dons Kids Club clinic on September 22 from 11 am to 12 pm. The after-match event includes a team/member pizza get-together. Members also receive a Soccer Don T-shirt and a 5% discount to one of USF's soccer summer 2008 camps. Please note, according to NCAA rules, students entering ninth grade are not eligible for the 5% discount. Membership to the Soccer Don Kids Club is $25.00.
