SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The final weekend of West Coast Conference play is upon us, and the 2012 WCC crown is still up for grabs. No. 4 BYU is the front-runner, but Portland, Pepperdine, and Santa Clara all have title aspirations.

  • With four additional points or a BYU victory coupled with a Portland loss this weekend, BYU would win its first-ever West Coast Conference women's soccer title. The Cougars earn at least a share of the crown with a victory on Thursday.

  • Four WCC teams rank in the Top 25 in the latest NCAA Ratings Percentage Index (RPI): BYU ranks 6th, Santa Clara 7th, Portland 17th, and Pepperdine is 23rd. The RPI is used to help select NCAA Tournament at-large teams.

  • Portland and BYU, lead the nation in average home attendance through Oct. 28. The Pilots average 3,502 fans per contest, and the Cougars average is 3,351.

  • BYU junior Cloee Colohan is the WCC Player of the Week. Colohan scored three times -- including a pair of game-winning tallies -- as the Cougars ran their winning streak to five in WCC play. Colohan has scored four goals this season, and all have come over the last four matches.

  • The University of San Diego will host the 2012 College Cup, marking the first time the event will be held on the west coast. Ticket information can be found on usdtoreros.com.

  • West Coast Conference members have made 65 NCAA Tournament appearances, 19 Final Four appearances, and have won three national titles (Santa Clara in 2001, Portland in 2002, 2005).
