Pepperdine Divers Compete Against Two School Saturday

Los Angeles, Calif. - Lindsay Stephens led the Waves in three events, while Emily Andrews paced Pepperdine in one other as the diving team took on UCLA and UC San Diego Saturday in Westwood.

Pepperdine faced tough competition in the Bruins as Stephens took fifth in the one-meter and Andrews finished fifth in the three-meter.

Results took a turn in Pepperdine's favor as they went head to head with UCSD. Stephens and Andrews collaborated again, this time climbing to the top in both one and three meter events. Stephens won the one meter and Andrews claimed second. In the three meter, Andrews came out on top, followed by Stephens in second.

Pepperdine women's swimming and diving will next face competition on Saturday, January 22 when Cal Poly comes to Malibu at noon.
