Women's Tennis Roars Back for 4-3 Win Over UC Santa Barbara

The USF women's tennis team roared back from a 3-0 deficit to defeat UC Santa Barbara 4-3 Saturday afternoon at Golden Gate Park.

After losing the doubles point, despite a win by the team of Macedo and Oudomvilay, USF dropped the first two singles matches and found itself down 3-0.

But the Dons got wins by Mylene Martin 6-4, 7-5 at number two, Sarah Oudomvilay 5-7, 6-3, 6-1 at number three, Joana Macedo 6-2, 6-3 at number four and freshman Nisha Dixit 6-3, 6-3 at six to secure the win.

The Dons improve to 3-4 on the season.
