Toreros Beat West Virginia University; 5-2

San Diego, Calif. - The USD women's tennis team won their fourth match in their last five outings with today's decisive 5-2 victory over West Virginia University. The Toreros again won five of their six singles matches to bounce back and seal the victory. The Toreros' No. 1 singles player, Monica Wiesener, beat Natalia Prinz with a score of 6-0, 6-1. Samantha Mouly, Helene Lindstrand, Alexandra Demidova, and Justine Perl all won as well. The next match for the Toreros is at USD, Saturday April 7, 2007 10:00 AM against Oregon.
