SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University women's tennis team started out on a strong note on Saturday morning when Emily Anderson in the No. 1 singles position defeated NAU's Susan McClelland in two sets 7-5, 6-4. Then in the No. 6 singles spot Courtney Lau defeated Stephanie Randall 6-3, 6-1.
The Bulldogs fell short to Northern Arizona 5-2. Erica Moldenhauer in the No. 4 singles position pushed her match to three sets against Paij Porter.
The women's tennis team will conclude their three day home stretch on Sunday when they face Lewis and Clark State at 2:00 p.m.
