SAN BRUNO, Calif. --The West Coast Conference announces its 2014 All-WCC Women's Tennis Team and major award winners, as voted on by the conference coaches.

For the second straight season, Saint Mary's senior Jenny Jullien captured WCC Player of the Year honors after ending the regular season with a 16-2 record at the No. 1 singles position, including a 7-1 slate in WCC play. A two-time WCC Singles Player of the Week, Jullien is currently No. 12 in the ITA rankings. Jullien is the first student-athlete to capture back-to-back player of the year honors since San Francisco's Jenni Heinser accomplished the feat three times from 2008-10.

BYU head coach Lauren Jones-Spencer was named WCC Coach of the Year in a vote of her peers. Jones-Spencer has guided the No. 57 Cougars to a 12-7 overall record, 8-1 in the WCC. BYU will be the No. 2 seed in the upcoming 2014 WCC Championships.

San Francisco freshman Thyra Taune becomes the second consecutive Don to win WCC Freshman of the Year accolades. Taune finished 6-3 in WCC regular season play and posted an impressive 16-6 overall dual match record playing primarily at No. 1 and No. 2 singles for San Francisco.

The 2014 All-Conference teams were selected based on overall season performance. A full list of All-WCC First and Second Team members in singles and doubles, including honorable mention can be found below.
