Men's Singles - Pedro Rico, Pepperdine University
Senior Pedro Rico enjoyed an outstanding month, posting an 8-2 record and leading the Waves to their 16th consecutive WCC Championship. His month was highlighted by a straight sets win over No. 35 Roger Gubser of Texas. The native of Alicante, Spain went 3-0 at the WCC Championships, winning all three matches in straight sets.

Women's Singles - Bianca Dulgheru, Pepperdine University
Pepperdine's Bianca Dulgheru posted a perfect 4-0 record during the month of April, including a 2-0 mark versus nationally ranked opponents. She defeated No. 79 Paula Zabala of FIU and No. 117 Eva Wang of Harvard, while posting a pair of wins over 2006 All-WCC first team member Aude Lambert of Saint Mary's. Dulgheru capped the month by being named the 2006 WCC Player of the Year.

Women's Singles - Emma Murphy, University of San Diego
Senior Emma Murphy enjoyed an outstanding month, posting a 4-0 record, including a pair of wins over ranked opponents. Murphy's notable wins during the month were over No. 23 Melanie Gloria of Fresno State and No. 69 Dita Hauerlandova of San Diego State.

Men's Doubles - Ivor Lovrak & Pedro Rico, Pepperdine University
Pedro Rico and Ivor Lovrak teamed up to post a 6-1 record at the No. 2 doubles position for the Waves during the month of April. The duo posted a 2-0 record at the WCC Championships in late April, helping the Waves secure their 16th straight WCC title.

Women's Doubles - Robyn Baker & Pavla Mesterova, Loyola Marymount University
Loyola Marymount's doubles tandem of Pavla Mesterova and Robyn Baker went 4-2 during April and helped the Lions advance to the finals of the WCC Championship. They topped the then-sixth ranked doubles team from Fresno State 8-4 on the road and defeated San Diego's No. 35 ranked team of Emma Murphy and Lauren Perl at the WCC Championships.
