The tournament marks the only set of matches the women's team will host at home this fall. The Bulldogs and Grizzlies take to the court at 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 30. The first match, pitting Montana State against the University of Montana, is slated for Saturday at 11 a.m.
Bulldog freshman Jamie Buterbaugh and Connie Head each claimed fourth place at the Cougar Classic women's tennis tournament last weekend at Washington State. Teammate Aaryn Volkman captured fifth place at the No. 2 singles spot.
The GU Invitational is the Bulldogs first team dual of the season. Head Coach Patty Doudna begins her fifth year guiding the women's squad.
