MALIBU, Calif. - The University of San Diego women's volleyball team saw its 10-match winning streak come to an end on Saturday afternoon with a 3-1 (22-30, 30-28, 19-30, 28-30) loss to Pepperdine University in West Coast Conference action.
With the loss, the Toreros fall to 20-5 overall and 10-1 in the WCC. For the 11th consecutive match, the big three of Laurel Abrahamson, Christie Dawson and Kristen Carlson all recorded double-digit kills.
