Record 85 West Coast Conference Volleyball Matches Broadcast in 2014

SAN BRUNO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference is pleased to unveil its 2014 broadcast schedule for volleyball. The upcoming season features the most comprehensive slate of matches on traditional and digital spaces to date.

During the 2014 season, more than 75 West Coast Conference volleyball matches will be aired live and free of charge on TheW.tv. The bulk of the schedule will feature contests produced by member institutions. Powered by Campus Insiders, TheW.tv will produce a "flex pick" on the final day of the regular season.

As part of the West Coast Conference's agreement with ESPN, two key regular season volleyball matches will appear on ESPNU and WatchESPN. NCAA Sweet-16 participant BYU will play at perennial power Pepperdine Tuesday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m., while defending WCC Champion and NCAA Sweet-16 participant San Diego will play at Saint Mary's Wednesday, October 8 at 8:00 p.m.

BYUtv will also produce 11 BYU volleyball home contests live from the South Gym in Provo, Utah to a worldwide audience via BYUtvsports.com. Eight games broadcast by BYUtv will be West Coast Conference matches.
