Sept. 4, 2006

Los Angeles, Calif. - Loyola Marymount volleyball will play its fourth match in five days Tuesday when the Lions host Cal State Fullerton at 7:00 p.m. in Gersten Pavilion. The Lions will look to hand an undefeated Titan team its first loss of the 2006 season.

LMU is coming off a busy weekend that saw it host the 2006 LMU-USC Hilton LAX Invitational. The Lions enter Tuesday's match-up with a 4-2 record.

Junior captain Heather Hughes led the Lions on the week, tallying 46 kills, 33 digs, and an impressive 10 service aces in the three matches.

Cal State Fullerton travels across town to Gersten Pavilion after winning its first five matches. Breanna Trudeau leads the Titans' attack, averaging 3.33 kills per game. Setter Julie Geissert is averaging 12.21 assists per game.

The match will be carried on Lions' All-Access with live audio, video, and Gametracker coverage free of charge to Lion fans at www.LMULions.com.
