Pacific's Lexi Elman Named WCC Volleyball Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference has named its Volleyball Player of the Week for September 29, 2014.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - LEXI ELMAN, SO., OH - PACIFIC
Sophomore outside hitter Lexi Elman proved to be the difference maker for the Tigers in arguably their biggest weekend of the year. On Thursday, Elman led the Tigers to a 3-2, comeback, win over previously undefeated No. 21 LMU as she posted a career-best 22 kills. Elman dominated the fifth and final set with six kills on eight attempts to secure the win, including the final kill of the match.

Elman added a match-high 11 kills against Pepperdine to go along with a career-high four blocks, including two solo efforts, while also tallying seven digs.
