The Pepperdine women's volleyball team can wrap up a second straight second-place West Coast Conference (WCC) finish Thursday night with a victory over cross-town rival Loyola Marymount. The Lions claimed the first meeting between the two teams but the Waves have not lost a match since and carry a six-match win streak into senior night in Malibu.

Pepperdine (14-10, 10-3) is looking for a bit of revenge this time around against a Lions' squad which handed the Waves their last lost on October 19.

That match seems to have been the turning point in Pepperdine's season which was dramatically improved as the Waves have their longest win streak in two years.

The Waves are an attractive candidate for the NCAA Championship Tournament in December but would like to add at least two victories in its final three matches heading into postseason play.

First serve against the Lions is slated for 7 p.m. PT at Firestone Fieldhouse as Pepperdine honors its three seniors, Sophia Milo, Kekai Crabbe and Kristin McClune.
