BYU's Jennifer Hamson is WCC Volleyball Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. --- The West Coast Conference has named its Women's Volleyball Player of the Week for November 19, 2012.

WCC PLAYER OF THE WEEK: JENNIFER HAMSON, BYU, JUNIOR, OPPOSITE HITTER
BYU junior Jennifer Hamson is the WCC Player of the Week. Hamson helped guide the Cougars to a share of the WCC title last week, BYU's first since entering the WCC, after a big win against Pepperdine. She recorded 23 kills against the Waves and 23 against San Diego on Saturday. Against the Toreros, Hamson also tallied a season-high 15 digs for her sixth double-double of the year and had seven blocks.

Hamson averaged 5.11 kills per set last week and 2.67 digs per set. She hit .465 against Pepperdine and averaged .398 on the week.
