San Diego's C'era Oliveira Named WCC Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. --- The West Coast Conference has named its Women's Volleyball Player of the Week for November 25, 2013.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
C'ERA OLIVEIRA, SAN DIEGO, SENIOR, LIBERO

Senior libero C'era Oliveira helped lead the San Diego women's volleyball team to the 2013 WCC Championship with a thrilling 3-2 win over BYU on Saturday. In the lone match of the week, Oliveira recorded a career-high 34 digs, which was almost a third of USD's 96 digs for the match. The 34 digs is also the third highest single-match dig total in USD history.

San Diego will now represent the West Coast Conference in the NCAA Tournament. Competitors and locations will be announced on Sunday, December 1 at 6:30 p.m. PT on ESPNU.
