SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has named its Volleyball Player of the Week for October 17, 2016.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – HANNAH TROUTMAN, JR., OH – PORTLAND
Junior outside hitter Hannah Troutman helped lead the team to an upset victory over No.11 BYU on Thursday night in the Chiles Center. She registered a double- double with 22 kills and 22 digs for the match, taking the Pilots through a five set battle with the Cougars. This is the first time the Pilots have ever beaten BYU and just the second time that the Pilots have ever beaten a ranked team.
