SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference is pleased to announce its sixth annual #WCChoops Tip-Off Event, which will be held Monday, October 31 at Spectrum Sports Studios in El Segundo. This marks the fifth straight season the popular event will be hosted by the official networks of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Preseason polls and All-WCC teams for both men’s and women’s programs will be unveiled, starting at approximately 11:45 a.m. Check WCCsports.com for the complete list and preview videos from TheW.tv.
This event will feature live interview segments with the head coach and a student-athlete from each WCC men’s and women’s program. These interviews are set to begin at 12:00 p.m. and will be streamed live via TheW.tv the West Coast Conference’s digital network.
WCC basketball fans can also follow the event on social media with the introduction of Facebook Live sessions and the Twitter Mirror. Media members, fans, friends and family are encouraged to participate by submitting questions in advance of the event or live by using the #WCChoops hash tag.
