Baseball. Gonzaga Runs Away with 13-1 Win, Lions Face Elimination Friday

Gonzaga's offense exploded for 13 runs on 15 hits, including three homers, and junior Daniel Bies turned in a solid start as the Bulldogs (30-22) ran away with a 13-1 victory over the Lions (24-29) on Thursday night on day one from the 2018 LMU Baseball Championship and Banner Island Ballpark in Stockton, Calif.

LMU's freshmen doubles pair of Veronica Miroshnichenko and Eva Marie Voracek have advanced into the Round of 16 at the NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Doubles Championship being held at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C.

M. Tennis. Men's Tennis Finishes Season Ranked #55

LMU men's tennis turned in one of the best seasons in program history, and for its efforts, the Lions have been tabbed with the #55 ranking in the final ITA Team rankings of the year. The #55 mark is the best end-of-year ranking in program history.

Baseball. Three Named WCC All-Academic

The West Coast Conference announced the 2018 West Coast Conference Baseball All-Academic Team, and LMU's Brandon Shearer, Niko Decolati and Mark Finkelnburg found themselves on the list. Shearer earned a spot on the first team for the second straight year, while Decolati and Finkelnburg were tabbed honorable mention.
